“After months of covid and working from home, I found myself struggling with pain as well as lacking a consistent fitness routine. Lindsay helped me get back on track with my health, by resolving my pain, advising me on creating a better work-from-home set up, and supporting & coaching me in creating new habits and routines for a more sustainable quarantine routine. She is a joy to work with - accessible and relatable, and worked with me to set realistic goals. A few months later and I feel a real shift in prioritizing myself and my health, and I am very grateful.”

insurance
I don’t accept insurance (this includes Medicare). All of my services are cash pay. I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network benefits (see FAQ below for how this works!), and I do accept your FSA / HSA card! This can be super confusing, I’m happy to explain on an intro call.
Rates
In home, hour long physical therapy and ergonomic sessions are $250. This includes all travel, equipment, and email/text beyond your visit. Virtual visits are $150.
Group visits
Do multiple people at your same location need PT? I offer discounted rates when you book together. This is great for couples, roommates, families, and office teams!
other services
Don’t see what you’re looking for, or not sure if I’m the right fit for you? I tailor treatment directly to your needs, and work with a variety of conditions. Please reach out - we can work together to determine the best course of action for you.

Hello! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, ergonomic specialist and registered yoga teacher. As a movement specialist and wellness advocate I’m passionate about health prevention, promotion and whole body health.
Originally from California, I started doing in home physical therapy after over ten years of experience working as a physical therapist at the top clinics in San Francisco and as a trainer for elite NCAA athletes at UCLA. I felt limited working in the traditional healthcare model and wanted to create a way to provide a holistic and supportive environment focused on whole body health.
In 2021 my family and I moved to the Research Triangle. I live in Chapel Hill with my husband & two young daughters. We are enjoying exploring the area, appreciate having actual seasons, and having fun meeting new people. I’m excited to share my personalized approach to health & wellness with the community here!
Doing in home physical therapy allows me focused one on one time with you in the environment where you move and live. I’m able to look beyond a single body part and instead at your overall wellbeing and function. I combine my western medical training with an eastern medicine approach, and am well aware of the challenges people experience navigating the modern health & wellness landscape. I take a realistic and holistic approach to care, becoming your friend, educator, and advocate.
Just think of me as your personal guide along the path of wellness :)

FAQ
-
That’s a great question. Unfortunately I don’t have a crystal ball to be able to tell you. At your first visit, we do an evaluation where we look at how you move and take measurements. After the visit, we come up with a plan together.
The great news is that with how I treat you don’t usually need as many visits as if you were going to a physical therapy office.
-
All you need to do is make sure there is a clear area in your home, ideally 4 x 8 ft. I’ll bring the rest!
-
Absolutely! It’s so much more efficient if everyone can get their physical therapy in at the same time.
For multiple home visits, I offer discounted rates: $450 for 2 people, $650 for 3, and $800 for 4.
-
I am able to come to your house if you live in Orange County, Chatham County, Durham County, Alamance County, and some parts of Wake County.
-
We could talk a lot about this. Really, its because insurance companies don’t reimburse (aka pay me) enough to provide the caliber of physical therapy I aim to provide. I stopped taking insurance so I could work for and YOU, the patient, instead of working for the insurance companies.
-
Yes! I can accept FSA and HSA payments. Please use that card at the time of payment.
-
Possibly. I am considered out-of-network with all insurance providers. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, you can check your policy to see.
If you are trying to get out-of-network payment, you would pay for the visit using your money. I will provide you with a superbill (basically a receipt with medical codes on it) that you would submit to your insurance. If your plan covers any of the services, they will send money back to you directly.
